    &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 15px;">کارپوشه مالیاتی، درگاه ارتباطی اصلی میان مودی و سازمان امور مالیاتی است. بدون فعال‌سازی و تنظیمات اولیه این بخش، امکان ارسال صورتحساب الکترونیکی از طریق سامانه &lt;strong>سام‌یار&lt;/strong> وجود نخواهد داشت.&lt;/p>
    
    &lt;h3 style="color: #172B4D; font-size: 20px; margin-top: 25px;">مراحل اجرایی ساخت کارپوشه&lt;/h3>
    &lt;ol style="padding-right: 25px;">
        &lt;li style="margin-bottom: 12px;">&lt;strong>ثبت‌نام در سامانه ثبت‌نام الکترونیکی:&lt;/strong> ابتدا باید در سامانه &lt;a href="https://register.tax.gov.ir" target="_blank" style="color: #0052CC; text-decoration: none;">register.tax.gov.ir&lt;/a> ثبت‌نام کرده و وضعیت مالیاتی خود را به مرحله &lt;strong>"گام ۴"&lt;/strong> (نهایی) برسانید.&lt;/li>
        &lt;li style="margin-bottom: 12px;">&lt;strong>ورود به درگاه ملی خدمات مالیاتی:&lt;/strong> به آدرس &lt;a href="https://my.tax.gov.ir" target="_blank" style="color: #0052CC; text-decoration: none;">my.tax.gov.ir&lt;/a> مراجعه کرده و با کدملی/شناسه ملی و رمز عبور وارد شوید.&lt;/li>
        &lt;li style="margin-bottom: 12px;">&lt;strong>ورود به کارپوشه اختصاصی:&lt;/strong> پس از ورود به درگاه ملی، بر روی گزینه «ورود به کارپوشه» کلیک کنید تا لیست پرونده‌های مالیاتی نمایش داده شود.&lt;/li>
        &lt;li style="margin-bottom: 12px;">&lt;strong>انتخاب پرونده و شعبه:&lt;/strong> پرونده مالیاتی مورد نظر (که قصد ارسال صورتحساب برای آن را دارید) انتخاب و دکمه «ورود به پرونده» را بزنید.&lt;/li>

        &lt;strong>نکته حیاتی:&lt;/strong> برای ارسال صورتحساب از طریق API (در سام‌یار)، حتماً باید در بخش «شناسه‌های یکتا حافظه مالیاتی»، یک شناسه جدید ایجاد کرده و کلید عمومی (Public Key) خود را در آن بارگذاری کنید.

&lt;h3 style="color: #0747A6; font-size: 18px; margin-top: 25px;">پیش‌نیازهای فنی قبل از شروع&lt;/h3>
    &lt;ul style="padding-right: 20px;">
        &lt;li style="margin-bottom: 10px;">داشتن &lt;strong>گواهی امضای دیجیتال (CSR)&lt;/strong> معتبر از مراکز میانی (مانند مرکز تتا).&lt;/li>
        &lt;li style="margin-bottom: 10px;">تکمیل بودن اطلاعات پرونده مالیاتی (کد پستی، آدرس و فعالیت اقتصادی).&lt;/li>
        &lt;li style="margin-bottom: 10px;">تعیین روش ارسال (ارسال توسط مودی / ارسال توسط معتمد).&lt;/li>
    &lt;/ul>

&lt;h3 style="color: #0747A6; font-size: 18px; margin-top: 25px;">اقدامات لازم در سام‌یار&lt;/h3>
    &lt;p>پس از دریافت &lt;strong>شناسه یکتای حافظه مالیاتی&lt;/strong> از کارپوشه، باید آن را به همراه کلیدهای خصوصی (Private Key) در پنل تنظیمات سام‌یار وارد کنید تا ارتباط نرم‌افزار با سازمان مالیاتی برقرار شود.&lt;/p>
